JobLeader in Medina, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Baker to join our team. You will prepare breads, pastries, and other baked goods following traditional recipes and maintain high quality.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, ensure food safety and cleanliness, train new staff, and contribute to menu development based on trends and customer preferences. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a professional Baker.
• Knowledge of traditional Arabic baking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with food safety standards and regulations preferred.
