Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable processes and regional practice.
• Ability to generate innovative solutions to complex, portfolio-level collections and billing problems.
• Autonomous work style with minimal supervision within defined procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR portfolio for the Middle East region.
• Monitor ledgers to maintain minimum aged debt and identify bad-payer risk.
• Act as primary contact for customer billing and payment issues in the region.
• Optimize AR processes to align with global standards and local requirements.
• Collaborate with Billing, Cash Applications, Treasury, and Legal to resolve cross-functional AR issues.
• Support SOX testing and contribute to SOX reporting on payment trends.
