Client of Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable leader to manage end-to-end AR for our global customer base from Riyadh. You will ensure timely invoicing, accurate billing, strong collections, and cash flow optimization across multiple regions and time zones.

The role requires hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion), advanced Excel modeling, and the ability to mitigate bad debt while maintaining excellent customer relationships and compliant

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English written and verbal communication is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Familiarity with international trade terms and documentation.

Aufgaben

• AR Operations and Billing Coordination across global customers; ensure aging review and invoice accuracy.
• Collections and dispute management with timely follow-ups and payment plans.
• Credit and risk management including credit limits and terms per policy.
• Process systems and compliance; define SOPs, SLAs, and internal controls for AR.
• Reporting and stakeholder management; prepare AR reports and cash forecasts.
