Job summary

Elsewedy Electric in Saudi Arabia is seeking a functional specialist to support Oracle Manufacturing and SCM modules, ensuring smooth daily operations and alignment with business requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite SCM & Manufacturing, strong SQL and reporting skills, and solid knowledge of Linux environments. You will configure systems, maintain master data, participate in CRP/SIT/UAT, and prepare documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS.
• 3–5 years of experience in Oracle SCM & Manufacturing modules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (SCM & Manufacturing).
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite for data management and reporting.
• Good understanding of Linux operating systems and related environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Manufacturing and SCM modules.
• Configure systems, setups, and master data maintenance.
• Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, and end-user training activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, and support users.
• Assist in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Support testing of integrations, reports, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support to track and resolve Service Requests (SRs).
• Prepare functional documentation and support continuous process improvements.

Job Purpose

To support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Manufacturing and SCM modules by providing functional support, system configuration, issue resolution, and user assistance, ensuring efficient business operations and alignment with organizational requirements.
