Job summary

Healthcare Company in Riyadh is seeking a qualified Anesthesia Technician to support anesthesiologists and anesthesia providers. You will prepare equipment, assist with procedures, and help maintain a safe and organized operating room environment.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Anesthesia Technology, SCFHS registration, and English/Arabic proficiency. Hospital OR experience and BLS/ACLS certifications are preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Anesthesia Technology or a relevant healthcare field.
• Valid professional registration and license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Previous hospital or operating room experience preferred.
• BLS certification; ACLS certification if required by the facility.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, check, and set up anesthesia machines, patient monitors, airway devices, and other anesthesia equipment.
• Assist anesthesiologists during procedures and anesthesia administration within scope of practice.
• Ensure availability and proper functioning of anesthesia equipment, supplies, and accessories.
• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, disinfection, and basic troubleshooting.
• Prepare and organize anesthesia supplies, airway management devices, and IV equipment.
• Support patient preparation and monitoring under supervision of the anesthesia provider.
• Maintain inventory of anesthesia supplies and report shortages.
• Follow hospital infection control, patient safety protocols, and clinical procedures.
• Maintain documentation and patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Prepare and organize anesthesia supplies, airway management devices, and intravenous equipment as required.
• Support patient preparation and monitoring activities under the supervision of the anesthesia provider.
• Maintain adequate inventory of anesthesia supplies and report shortages when necessary.
• Follow hospital policies, infection control standards, patient safety protocols, and established clinical procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Anesthesia Technology or a relevant healthcare field.
