Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Jubail seeks an experienced OSA maintenance engineer. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on refinery/petrochemical On Stream Analyzers, calibrating, validating and repairing equipment, and troubleshooting complex analyzer systems.

You should read and interpret technical diagrams, install tubing and fittings, and report safety violations promptly. English proficiency is required for field and site communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in refinery or petrochemical OSA maintenance (calibration, validation, troubleshooting, adjustments, repairs, preventive checks).
• Must have hands-on experience with OSA systems and portfolio of analyzers.
• Proven ability to read technical diagrams and documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on OSA systems.
• Calibrate, validate, troubleshoot, adjust and repair analyzers.
• Handle instrument tubing and fittings installation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot sample conditioning systems and recovery units.

Job description

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in refinery or petrochemical OSA (On Stream Analyzers) maintenance activities, including calibration, validation, troubleshooting, adjustements, repairs and preventive maintenance checks.
• Shall have good command of written and spoken English.
• Should have basic knowledge of chemistry and refinery processes.
• Shall have proven experience in handling a wide range of analyzers.
• Shall possess skills in instrument tubing and fitting installation.
• Shall be capable of understanding and troubleshooting OSA sample conditioning systems and sample recovery units.
• shall be proficient in using computers, analyzer hardware, and associated communication software.
• shall be able to interpret technical documents and diagrams.
• shall immediately report all safety violations, incidents, and accidents.

Profile

• Diploma in instrumentation from recognized institute.
• Must have experience in refinery or petrochemical On Stream/ Online Analyzer (OSA) system including routine and preventive maintenance, calibration, validation, troubleshooting, adjustment and repairs.
