Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Jubail seeks an experienced OSA maintenance engineer. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on refinery/petrochemical On Stream Analyzers, calibrating, validating and repairing equipment, and troubleshooting complex analyzer systems.

You should read and interpret technical diagrams, install tubing and fittings, and report safety violations promptly. English proficiency is required for field and site communications.

Qualifications

5+ years in refinery or petrochemical OSA maintenance (calibration, validation, troubleshooting, adjustments, repairs, preventive checks).
Must have hands-on experience with OSA systems and portfolio of analyzers.
Proven ability to read technical diagrams and documents.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on OSA systems.
Calibrate, validate, troubleshoot, adjust and repair analyzers.
Handle instrument tubing and fittings installation and maintenance.
Troubleshoot sample conditioning systems and recovery units.
Adhere to safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
