Manpower Resources India (P) Limited has been mandated by a large conglomerate in the Iron & Steel sector to recruit an AM/DM- HRBP for a plant in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on partnering with plant leadership to drive people priorities, performance management, and workforce deployment.

The ideal candidate holds an MBA (and BE/B.Tech) with 5-7 years of plant HRBP experience, strong HR systems proficiency and excellent communication. On-site role with strategic HR ownership on the shop floor.

Position Name: AM/DM- HRBP

Education: MBA

Location: Saudi Arab

Experience: 5-7 Years

• Act as HR Business Partner for the plant, working closely with plant leadership and department heads on people priorities.
• Handle day-to-day employee issues, grievances and concerns at the plant, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
• Support and drive employee engagement, communication and welfare initiatives at the plant level.
• Partner with plant management on manpower planning, workforce deployment and organization structuring.
• Coordinate and support recruitment for plant-level positions in line with business requirements.
• Drive performance management processes at the plant, including goal setting, appraisals and feedback cycles.
• Support implementation of HR policies, processes and compliance requirements at the plant.
• Work with Production, Maintenance and other plant functions to address people-related issues affecting operations.
• Use HR systems and digital tools/dashboards for tracking manpower data, MIS and HR metrics.
• Support disciplinary processes, domestic enquiries and employee relations matters as required.
• Drive training and development initiatives in coordination with plant heads and L&D teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting and MIS to plant and corporate HR leadership.

Desired Profile

• 57 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a plant/manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in handling employee issues and employee relations at the plant level.
• BE / B.Tech / MBA.
• working with HR systems, MIS and digital tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with plant leadership and shop-floor employees.
• Ability to work independently at the plant while aligning with corporate HR practices and policies.

Experience

5-7 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong track record of working as a Plant HR Business Partner and handling employee issues directly on the shop floor.
