Bechtel Corporation in Riyadh seeks a senior professional to supervise and lead Security and Access Control design for the King Salman International Airport program. You will coordinate with design teams, review technical submissions, and support procurement and commissioning activities to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of access control, intruder detection, and surveillance systems, with BIM/CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks) and HCIS

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Security and Access control design including access control systems, intruder detection, surveillance, and HCIS requirements.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).

Responsabilités

• Supervise designers and contractors in delivery of Security and Access Control design for terminal buildings.
• Review technical submissions related to Security and Access Control systems.
• Support procurement with design documentation and post-tender evaluations.
• Coordinate with Stakeholder Management to obtain permits and approvals.
• Assist Start-Up/Commissioning teams early in design and during execution.
• Ensure integration of Security and Access Control design with other project disciplines.
