Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Material Specialist for a major airfield development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on ensuring material compliance with project specifications and aviation standards, involving coordination with multiple stakeholders and technical reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Materials Engineering and at least 5 years' experience in materials quality control, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials engineering or quality control.
• Experience with airport or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with ASTM, AASHTO, and aviation standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and process material submittals per project specifications.
• Ensure construction materials comply with aviation and ASTM standards.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain timely material approvals.
• Maintain accurate material tracking logs and test registers.
• Prepare technical reports and compliance summaries.
