In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, defect rectification, modifications, troubleshooting, and certification activities on our Boeing 787 and Airbus 321 fleet as required. You will ensure all work is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements, company procedures, and approved manufacturer documentation.
Depending on your licence category and area of expertise, you will carry out and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on aircraft systems, structures, cabin interiors, avionics equipment, engines, and components. You will play a critical role in ensuring aircraft airworthiness and operational readiness while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
With a natural ability to lead in a fast-paced operational environment, you will supervise and coach maintenance personnel, support line maintenance operations, and contribute to minimizing aircraft downtime. You will also actively promote a Just Culture and ensure all incidents and occurrences are reported through the Safety Management System.

You hold a Diploma, Certificate or equivalent Aircraft Maintenance qualification and have a minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance experience, including recent certifying experience within your licence category.
