Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking an Associate in AI Workforce Transformation & Agent Building to shape and drive AI adoption across the firm. You will lead change management, design adoption plans, and deliver training and enablement assets to accelerate value realization across service lines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business teams to translate manual processes into automated workflows, while ensuring Responsible AI governance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in change management, Digital/AI transformation, automation delivery, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, CS, Organisational Psychology; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Change management certification (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR) desirable.
• AI, automation, or platform certifications (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform, Azure AI) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive the change management strategy for firm-wide AI adoption, translating vision into adoption journeys and enablement plans.
• Create communication plans for major AI and transformation projects and develop adoption campaigns.
• Deliver training sessions, build adoption metrics, usage data, and provide value reporting.
• Build, configure, and iterate on production-ready AI agents and automations using platforms like Copilot Studio and OpenAI.

HowYou’llContribute

As a Associate (AI Workforce Transformation & Agent Building), you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and drive the change management strategy for firm-wide AI adoption, translating the AI workforce transformation vision into practical adoption journeys, communications, and enablement plans across PwC Middle East lines of service.
• Create communication plans for major AI and transformation projects, liaise with different stakeholders when sending firmwide and LoS communications and develop adoption campaigns.
• Deliver training sessions across LoS, build adoption metrics, usage data and provide value reporting
• Native usage of ChatGPT enterprise, Copilot, Claude and Synthesia. Able to create SPO communication site. Lead AI champions network to leverage AI across their LoS.
• Build, configure, and iterate on production-ready AI agents and automations (using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, OpenAI, and low-code/agentic tooling) that solve real staff workflow problems and demonstrate tangible value.
• Partner with subject-matter experts and business teams to identify high-impact use cases, scope agent requirements, and translate manual processes into well-designed, governed automated workflows.
• Develop and deliver enablement assets — workshops, playbooks, demos, and prompt libraries — that build AI capability and confidence across staff and leadership audiences.
• Act as a bridge between technical build and human adoption: stand up prototypes, run pilots, gather feedback, and manage the people-side of change so that agents are trusted, used, and embedded into ways of working.
• Establish change champions networks and communities of practice to sustain momentum, surface friction, and scale successful patterns across teams.
• Ensure all agents and automations are built responsibly – aligned to firm data, security, and Responsible AI standards – and documented for maintainability and hand-over.

WhatYou’llBring

Years of experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in change management, Digital/AI transformation, automation delivery, or a related field, ideally within professional services or a large enterprise environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline. A relevant Master's degree is an advantage.

Designations & Certifications

• Change management certification (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR) is highly desirable.
• AI, automation, or platform certifications (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform, Azure AI, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience building AI agents, chatbots, or automations using agentic and low-code platforms (e.g. Copilot Studio, Power Automate) and/or working directly with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of GenAI capabilities and limitations, workflow design, and process mapping.
• Comfort rapidly prototyping tools and demos; familiarity with data handling, integration, and Responsible AI / governance principles.

Soft Skills

• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence and build trust across technical and non-technical audiences.
• A builder's mindset — curious, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while moving quickly from idea to working solution.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
