Job summary

PwC Middle East in Riyadh is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to shape AI and Generative AI products, translating business needs into actionable product requirements and guiding end-to-end agile delivery. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and stakeholders to define capabilities, refine backlogs, and deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Product Delivery, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.
• Experience delivering digital, AI, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating business needs into product requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Agile certifications such as ScrumAlliance, CSPO, PSPO, PSM, Agile BA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA) are beneficial.

• Product & Backlog Management: define, refine, and maintain the product backlog; translate objectives into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Business Analysis: elicit, analyse, document requirements; develop process maps and user journeys.

Business Unit Overview

The AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE) is our central engine for AI strategy, product build, and scale. It governs standards and cost and risk controls, runs AI Factory squads to design and ship custom AI solutions and reusable frameworks (LLM and RAG stacks, integrations on Azure), provides technical consultation on architecture, solution design, and best practices, and drives workforce transformation through training and upskilling to accelerate adoption across our lines of service.

Operating within IFS, the CoE partners with Experience Design and adjacent technology teams, follows a codified operating model and RACI for approvals and observability, and supports proposals, demos, and delivery with a focus on distinctive outcomes and trusted leadership.

As a Product Owner / Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering AI and Generative AI products by translating business needs into actionable product requirements and supporting end-to-end Agile delivery. Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Experience Designers, and business stakeholders, you'll help define product capabilities, refine backlogs, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.

The role combines business analysis, Agile product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and AI product delivery, enabling cross-functional teams to build innovative AI solutions aligned with business priorities and the AI Centre of Excellence delivery framework.

Product & Backlog Management

• Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and maintain the product backlog.
• Translate business objectives into epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog prioritization based on business value, customer needs, and delivery dependencies.
• Ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning and Agile delivery.
• Track feature progress and support release planning activities.

Business Analysis

• Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and opportunities.
• Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Develop business process maps, user journeys, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support MVP definition and identify opportunities for future enhancements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Clarify priorities, resolve requirement ambiguities, and align stakeholders on delivery outcomes.
• Communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions throughout delivery.

AI Product Delivery

• Support the delivery of AI, Generative AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with Scrum teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered successfully.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), business validation, and adoption activities.
• Ensure solutions align with Responsible AI principles and AI CoE governance standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Produce high-quality delivery artefacts, including user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and requirements documentation.
• Monitor product feedback and recommend enhancements based on user insights and business value.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, stakeholder engagement, and AI product practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the AI Centre of Excellence.
