Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist to land AI deployments in enterprise environments. You will bridge customers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes.

This hands-on role requires owning complex programs and spending time onsite with customers to deliver real value from discovery through production rollout.

What You'll Do

As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you are responsible for making AI deployments actually land.

Wonderful is the AI operating system for enterprises, helping them close the gap between what AI enables and how they operate today. You lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production.

This is a hands‑on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end.

Who You Are

• Experience in deployment‑focused, technical, or execution‑oriented roles.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete plans.
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations.
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action.
• Interest in building and deploying AI‑powered systems in real environments.

Nice To Have

• Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or forward‑deployed roles.
• Prior hands‑on engineering experience.
