Job summary

Sarj is a Saudi-based AI startup building Voice AI and AI agents. We are hiring a Product Engineer to collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions using Sarj AI products.

You will own the solution journey end-to-end—from understanding needs and proposing the right approach to building, integrating, demonstrating, iterating, and handing over the project to Operations after signing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a similar role in tech/startup environment.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with fluency in the Saudi dialect.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to building solutions.
• Ability to take ownership of projects end to end.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting solutions.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand client requirements and outcomes.
• Propose how Sarj AI can address client needs with practical solutions.
• Design, build, and integrate tailored solutions using Sarj AI products.
• Prepare and deliver client demos, answering product and technical questions.
• Gather feedback and iterate on solutions based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering for deeper technical input.
• Hand over signed projects to Operations with solution details.
• Build websites and lightweight tools using AI-assisted coding.
