Job summary

Sarj.ai | سرج is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process for our AI-driven products. You will shape the user experience by collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering, driving intuitive interactions and a cohesive visual language.

You will conduct user research, craft flows and high-fidelity visuals, and iterate based on feedback to ensure usability across platforms. English and Arabic fluency is expected in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product or UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of digital work.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate design rationale and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus.
• Creative mindset with passion for innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user problems and translate them into engaging design solutions.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for digital products.
• Maintain and evolve our visual design language in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance analytics.
