Job summary

Sarj | سرج is seeking a Product Designer to work with our product, marketing and engineering teams to craft intuitive AI-driven experiences. You'll take creative ownership of the end-to-end design process for our digital products and contribute to our visual identity.

You'll lead user research, create flows and high-fidelity visuals, and ensure usability across platforms while staying aligned with brand guidelines and performance insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product or UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of digital work.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate your design rationale and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies is a plus.
• Creative mindset, problem-solving skills, and passion for innovation.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user problems and translate them into engaging design solutions.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for digital products.
• Maintain and evolve our visual design language in alignment with our brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, particularly within technology and AI sectors.
