Job summary

ValleySoft is seeking a Project Manager – AI Governance & Digital Transformation to spearhead the Enterprise AI Governance Platform implementation from planning through delivery in a Saudi Arabian on-site capacity.

You will coordinate technical and business stakeholders to align delivery with governance expectations, risk management, and organizational transformation priorities while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT project management delivering digital transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree as listed.
• Hands-on planning and tracking with MS Project, Jira, or Primavera.
• Strong enterprise risk and governance process experience.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.
• Saudi national eligible to work on-site.

In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of an Enterprise AI Governance Platform for a major organization, supporting work at the intersection of enterprise technology, governance, risk, and digital transformation.

As Project Manager – AI Governance & Digital Transformation, you will play a central role in driving a complex implementation from planning through delivery. You will work across technical and business stakeholders to help align delivery with organizational goals, governance expectations, and operational priorities while supporting a major enterprise transformation initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of an Enterprise AI Governance Platform implementation.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.

• Ensure delivery meets agreed scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, business objectives, and contractual requirements.

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation and corrective action plans.

• Manage project dependencies, change requests, issues, and escalations.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders.

• Oversee platform planning, deployment, configuration, integration, and testing.

• Coordinate AI current-state assessments, gap analyses, governance framework development, governance workflows, risk management processes, and compliance monitoring.

Required Qualifications

• Saudi national with eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and the ability to work on-site.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management, including delivery of digital transformation initiatives and enterprise IT platform implementations.

• Hands-on experience with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Primavera.

• Strong background in enterprise risk and compliance processes, including governance workflows covering approvals, assessments, reporting, and controls.

• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies, with solid resource and dependency management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI governance or AI implementation projects, along with working knowledge of AI governance concepts.

• Experience delivering projects for Saudi government or semi-government organizations.

• Background delivering projects in regulated enterprise environments such as banking, finance, or government.

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Digital Transformation.

• Experience with AI governance platforms such as IBM watsonx.governance or similar.

• Experience with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with relevant SDAIA requirements.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
