Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on social media; measure cost vs results and optimize.
• Improve website SEO technically and content-wise; monitor keywords, pages, speed, and site structure.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, track conversions, and analyze ROI.
• Build and run automated email campaigns and A/B test subject lines and CTAs.
• Create growth-focused content across channels; link content to growth objectives.
