Job summary

EY is building its EY.ai for Finance capability across MENA to meet growing demand for AI-enabled finance transformation. The successful candidate will translate FP&A challenges into deployable AI solutions and bridge CFO-level stakeholders with technical teams.

The role focuses on AI-driven forecasting, automated reporting and insights within finance, requiring strong FP&A expertise and hands-on coding skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical and coding capability (Python/SQL)
• Strong FP&A domain knowledge: budgeting, forecasting, reporting
• Ability to analyze structured and unstructured financial data
• Experience translating FP&A pain points into AI use cases
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience; MENA exposure

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML-driven FP&A solutions and driver-based forecasting.
• Automate management reporting, variance analysis and narrative generation.
• Configure EY.ai Finance multi-agent predictive engine for client data landscapes.
• Build trusted data foundations across ERPs, EPMs and finance tools.
