Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to coordinate AI and GenAI initiatives within the AI Centre of Excellence, applying Agile delivery practices with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineers.

You will lead Scrum ceremonies, manage schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and governance across PwC's regional delivery teams.

Qualifications

3–8 years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, PMO or Agile Delivery.
Experience delivering technology, AI, data, analytics or software projects.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.
Coordinate activities across business and technical teams.
Track project progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.
Prepare weekly project status reports and dashboards.
