Job summary

CEER in Riyadh is seeking an automotive diagnostics technician to perform vehicle diagnostics, servicing and routine maintenance under supervision, ensuring work meets CEER’s safety and quality standards.

You will use industry diagnostic tools to identify problems, perform repairs on brakes, suspension, tires, and electrical systems, document work, and collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate time estimates.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, servicing or related field.
Technical High School or equivalent diploma is preferred.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
Execute mechanical repairs including brake, suspension, tire, and drivetrain services.
Carry out routine maintenance such as brake, tire, and suspension servicing and warranty repairs.
Operate diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems to identify issues efficiently.
Collaborate with service advisors to explain results, propose repairs, and provide time estimates.
Document work performed, parts used and labor time with accuracy.
Perform quality control inspections to verify repairs and functionality.
Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude and address concerns.
Coordinate with Parts Department to ensure timely ordering and availability of components.
Stay updated with service bulletins and manufacturer guidelines.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in problem-solving.
