Job summary

Ceer is seeking a Workshop Controller to optimize workshop operations in Riyadh. You will monitor daily capacity, allocate jobs, and ensure maximum productivity and on-time delivery while upholding service quality.

The role requires 0–2 years in automotive diagnostics or servicing and a Diploma in Automotive Service Technology or Auto Electrical Technology. You will work closely with Service Advisors and manage DMS-based records and RO allocation.

Qualifications

Diploma in Automotive Service Technology or Auto Electrical Technology or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, servicing or repairs.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily flat rate hours, technician loading and capacity to maximize productivity.
Track labor hours, time controls, service remarks, and reports in the DMS.
Prepare and update daily job allocation sheets; compute available hours and track vehicle inventory.
Ensure optimal use of workshop bays, tools and equipment; prevent non-productive bay occupancy.
Assign Repair Orders based on technician skills; record time and operation codes; ensure proper labor charging.
Track WIP to meet delivery times.
Facilitate sublet repairs and manage parts or approvals.
Coordinate daily with Service Advisors on WIP status and approvals.
Track technician performance and identify training needs.
Promote safety and cleanliness; report risks to management.
Provide productivity and utilization reports to management.
