Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking a Fabrications Supervisor to deputise for senior management within the Typhoon Maintenance Organisation. You will lead fabrication maintenance activities, uphold safety and compliance with MOE, LCM and RSAF regulations, and guide team performance while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a technical discipline, strong leadership, and the ability to manage resources and training for RSAF personnel.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Experience supervising engineering personnel.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance practices and identify potential improvements within the organisation.
• Ensure necessary facilities/resources are available to perform duties and contractual obligations.
• Monitor personnel standards and address non-conformities or motivational issues.
• Develop reports on personnel development and line management responsibilities.
• Provide training and developmental activities to RSAF and BAE Systems personnel.
• Ensure tasks are completed within timeframes to support maintenance activities.
• Maintain shop equipment readiness and ensure tooling and data are available.
