Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a full-time position suitable for men of Pakistani nationality.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
  • Maintain and update company records and databases
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
