Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with hands-on experience in Saudi government platforms and strong tracking and follow-up skills for company licenses and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, monitor, and track company licenses, renewals, and government compliances
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals and updates
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to government portals
  • Follow up on pending applications, approvals, and renewals
  • Support administrative and office operations as required
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience working on Saudi Government Platforms, including but not limited to:
  • Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Balady, Taqat, Najiz, Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), Ministry of Commerce (MOC)
  • Chamber of Commerce portals
  • Strong experience in tracking company licenses, CR, GOSI, VAT, and related renewals
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
