Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the Administration department.


Assist in handling government‑related activities and documentation to ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.


Support the Admin team in maintaining accurate records and timely submission of documents.


Responsibilities


  • Government Portal Management

    • Handle all transactions related to Balady, Salama, Saudi Post, Yaseer, Chamber of Commerce certificates, and STC portals.

    • Ensure all company licenses, permits, and certificates are renewed before expiration.

    • Submit applications, updates, and requests on relevant portals as per legal requirements.

    • Monitor and resolve any issues related to portal transactions and ensure compliance.

    • Maintain accurate records and digital copies of all submissions, renewals, and approvals for audit and compliance purposes.



  • STC Services Management (Saudi Telecom Company)

    • Monitor and manage all STC mobile, data, and landline services and their monthly invoices.

    • Coordinate with the STC Account Manager for issuing, activating, or canceling SIM cards.

    • Update and maintain a complete database of all company SIM cards, devices, and assigned users.



  • Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

    • Handle correspondence, document preparation, and administrative follow‑ups with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for administrative and government‑related services.

    • Provide management with updates on licenses, renewal timelines, and regulatory changes.



  • Access Cards & Biometric System Management

    • Prepare and issue access cards for employees across company locations.

    • Manage fingerprint enrolment and ensure timely access provisioning and revocation in line with company policies.



  • General Tasks

    • Support general administrative operations across various departments.

    • Assist in preparing official letters, reports, and documentation.

    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communication with government entities.

    • Contribute to process improvement and workflow enhancements.

    • Handle any additional tasks related to government relations, compliance, or administration as required.




Skills required


  • Essential:

    • Basic understanding of government compliance requirements.

    • Proficiency in managing or learning government portals such as Balady, Salama, and Saudi post.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Good communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.



  • Desirable:

    • Previous experience in administrative or government relations roles.

    • Familiarity with the manufacturing or chemical industry.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
