Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services invites an Accounts Receivable Specialist to Riyadh to prepare, verify and process customer invoices using SAP ERP, while monitoring receivables aging and collecting overdue balances.

The role demands at least 3 years GCC experience in AR, strong SAP (or comparable ERP) skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of invoices monthly with accurate reporting and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years GCC experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong proficiency in SAP or ERP accounting systems.
• Ability to process a high volume of invoices monthly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and process customer invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and track outstanding balances.
• Proactively follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
• Prepare regular collection reports, receivables aging summaries and outstanding payment reports.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts, invoices, receipts, and payment records using SAP/ERP systems.
