Job summary

Technogym S.p.A. in Riyadh seeks a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to ensure accurate billing and timely payments. You will interface with customers, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate financial processes and improve cash flow.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years in Accounts Payable or general accounting, and hands-on SAP ERP and Excel experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; multinational experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Strong Excel skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely in SAP.
• Perform three-way matching between PO, GR, and supplier invoices.
• Monitor approvals, GR/IR discrepancies, and invoice exceptions.
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs, including SADAD.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage employee expense claims and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and AP reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT and WHT requirements and maintain documentation.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and assist in onboarding.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, HR, and others to ensure smooth AP operations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in finance.
