Job summary

Gulf Payments Company in Riyadh is seeking an early-career finance professional to support accounts payable, vendor invoicing, and general accounting tasks. You will verify invoices against purchase orders, reconcile vendor accounts, and assist in daily, monthly, and annual closings.

ERP-based processing and VAT/Zakat compliance are key parts of the role. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in finance and accounting or related field in the financial sector or banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Any professional certificate preferably.

Responsibilities

• Track, verify, and record vendor invoices against approved purchase orders.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and raise payment requests.
• Collect, review, and verify invoices and purchase order requests.
• Enter and upload invoices into the system and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly invoice processing.
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable balances in the ERP system.
• Support the monthly and annual closing processes.
• Be responsible for all Zakat and VAT matters for the Company.
• Act as back-up in preparing the daily and weekly cash reports.
• Prepare all daily vouchers and adjusting entries.
• Assist in preparing the quarterly and year-end financial statements.
• Monitor the daily reconciliation of bank transactions against collections and payments recorded in the ERP system.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
