Job summary

Mattex Group in Jeddah is hiring two Accountants to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, supporting accurate financial reporting and cash flow management.

You will process invoices, handle end-to-end AP/AR, ensure GL coding accuracy and reconcile statements, while collaborating with procurement and sales teams to resolve payment issues. Saudi nationals only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• ERP experience required (Infor).
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices and customer billing transactions.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Ensure accurate GL coding and cost center allocation.
• Process vendor payments and monitor customer collections.
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor AP and AR aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and other departments to resolve payment and billing issues.
