The incumbent will analyze data, identify trends, and help optimize financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least one year of experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred but not required.
• 1 year of accounting experience minimum.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of invoices, payments, and accounting documentation.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management or external stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies.
• Propose cost-reduction and process-improvement strategies.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts to ensure resources are allocated properly.

• Keeping accurate records of invoices, payments, and other documentation related to accounting activities.
• Preparing financial statements and reports for management or external stakeholders.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends or discrepancies that could indicate potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Developing strategies for improving financial performance by streamlining processes or identifying areas for cost reduction.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts in order to ensure that the organization is operating within its allocated resources.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate data is recorded in accounting systems and compliance with applicable regulations is met at all times.

Qualifications:
