A.P. Moller - Maersk in Jeddah seeks a logistics professional to own petchem customer handling, coordinate forecasts and transport plans, and provide proactive notifications of changes.

You will manage order handling SLA, shipment readiness, documentation, port shuttling, invoicing accuracy, accrual inputs, and weekly/daily tracking with strong cross-team collaboration. Minimum 5 years in Petchem logistics and advanced Excel are required.

• Monitor volumes against monthly targets and escalate shortfalls (weekly).

• Own customer issues, satisfaction, claims and Maersk values; act on KPI signals for continuous improvement.
• Work with multiple teams across the department to deliver results.
• Demonstrate advanced Excel techniques.

• Single point of contact: the first bullet would add forecasting, booking, dispatch and proactive notification of transport-plan changes.
• Order Handling SLA: replaces "ensure smooth execution of the shipment lifecycle". It would add following up on pending actions and escalating overdue cases, with a target of 90% or above, measured monthly.
• Shipment Readiness / On-Time Execution (new): confirm readiness and prioritise at-risk shipments, with a target of 90% or above, measured daily.
• Documentation, Port Shuttling and Customs Readiness (new): track missing documents and escalating ageing ones, with a target of 90% or above, measured daily.
• Billing and Invoicing: the existing billing bullet would add validating services, quantities and rates and resolving disputes. The target would be 80% or above accuracy and 100% on time, measured monthly.
• Financial Hygiene and Accrual Compliance (new): complete and timely inputs for accruals, revenue, cost and vendor invoices, with a target of 100% completeness, measured monthly.
• Tracker and Reporting Discipline (new): a target of 95% or above completeness, reviewed weekly.
• Volume Monitoring and Escalation (new): track volumes against the monthly commercial target and escalating shortfalls, with 100% escalation compliance, reviewed weekly.
• Depot Platform (new): record every managed or handled order, with a target of 100%, measured daily.
• General: owning customer issues, customer satisfaction, claims, commercial intelligence and Maersk values would stay, with a small wording clean-ups. The continuous improvement bullet would add using KPI results as the signal for where to act.
• Highly versed with excel advanced techniques
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Handling Petchem customer(s) logistics
