Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key retail and distribution accounts within the beauty segment, ensuring the successful growth and promotion of our beauty products. This individual will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive product placement, optimize sales performance, and execute category growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, strong account management skills, and a proven ability to drive sales and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and e-commerce platforms to drive category growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize product placement, assortment, and promotions for increased sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inventory levels and product offerings meet market trends and customer needs.
• Partner with marketing to create campaigns and in-store activations that enhance product visibility and sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account performance, providing actionable insights.
• Negotiate favorable terms with partners and manage contracts to align with business objectives.
• Align with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and account objectives.

What You’ll Need
