Job description
  • Create and implement campaigns to effectively promote the STA brand at trade events, roadshows, regional exhibitions, and through stakeholder interactions.
  • Identify optimal communication channels to reach target markets and maximize conversion in priority segments.
  • Support the execution of PR and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with individual MU requirements.
  • Develop templates, guidelines, and best practices to enable MUs to efficiently produce and distribute promotional materials and publications.
  • Assist MUs in setting measurable campaign targets, monitoring ROI, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with media partners and influencers to maximize their contribution to campaign rollouts.
  • Optimize media buying strategies to ensure full utilization of opportunities in achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee planning and execution of roadshows and events, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
  • Collect, track, and analyze data on media coverage, social media engagement, and campaign ROI to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, advising MUs on how to integrate relevant insights into STA’s initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain systems for capturing and responding to social media feedback to enable agile market responses and strategy optimization.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
