Job summary
A leading company in customer solutions is seeking an individual to execute customer enrollment activities and manage loyalty operations. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience with customer enrollment software. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company guidelines in Doha, Qatar.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience working with customer enrollment & operations software.
- Technical knowledge of enrollment software and preferably loyalty programs.
