Job summary

The Alfardan Group in Doha seeks a Group Leader for JLR to oversee workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to manufacturers' repair procedures and warranty guidelines.

You will coordinate with the Workshop Controller, technicians, and service advisors to plan workloads, track progress, and maintain high quality standards. Candidates will have automotive technical training, leadership experience, and strong English communication.

• Relevant automotive leadership experience and team supervision.
• Proven ability to plan daily workloads and monitor progress.
• Strong English communication and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Raise job cards for all vehicles in the workshop.
• Plan daily workload with Workshop Controller.
• Monitor technician efficiency and time recording accuracy.
• Ensure all repairs follow manufacturers' procedures.
• Monitor repair estimates and completed repairs.
• Inspect final repairs and conduct road tests.
• Monitor warranty repairs and compliance.
• Provide leadership and supervision for Aftersales staff.
• Recommend workshop tools, equipment, and training needs.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and Health & Safety compliance.
