Job summary

Merge Recruitment Agency is seeking a experienced Automotive Manager in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will analyze product problems, manage vehicle repair processes, and ensure timely completion of jobs in accordance with quality standards. Candidates should possess a degree in engineering, over 10 years of relevant experience in the automobile field including 5 in management, with excellent English communication skills and preferably Arabic. Own vehicle and driving license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the automobile field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze various product problems and prepare technical feedback report.
• Manage vehicle diagnosis and maintenance work procedures.
• Control day-to-day production activities for vehicle repairs.
• Assist in maintaining work procedures for technicians.
• Ensure timely job completion per quality standards.
