Job summary

Qatar Airways Group in Doha is seeking a Planning and Resourcing Manager to lead workforce planning, forecasting and rostering for Hamad International Airport. You will analyse demand, capacity and skills to ensure staffing aligns with operational needs.

You will collaborate with operations and HR, develop long-term staffing plans and drive continuous improvement in scheduling and workforce readiness. A Qatari National with strong analytics, leadership and communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qatari National.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; preferred 6 years experience in related roles.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and lead teams.
• Supervisory experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, forecasting and resource optimisation.
• Develop longer-term staffing and headcount plans.
• Analyse workforce requirements vs resources and volumes.
• Oversee scheduling, roster planning, leave management and resource allocation.
• Identify gaps and recommend staffing solutions.
• Develop contingency plans for peak periods and disruptions.
• Support implementation of planning and rostering systems.
• Collaborate with operational and HR stakeholders.
• Lead workforce-related change and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training and operational event staffing.
• Lead, coach and develop the workforce management team.
