We’re looking for a Qatari to join our team as Planning and Resourcing Manager at Hamad International Airport.

Are you someone who enjoys turning data into practical workforce decisions?

In this role, you’ll help ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time to support airport operations.

You will combine workforce data with operational requirements to forecast manpower needs, improve resource allocation and support effective workforce planning.

What you’ll be working on

• Lead workforce planning and forecasting activities.


• Translate operational demand into practical staffing and resource plans.


• Analyse manpower requirements, workforce availability and operational trends.


• Improve resource allocation and workforce utilisation.


• Support roster, scheduling and leave planning.


• Identify workforce gaps and recommend practical solutions.


• Develop resource plans for peak periods and operational disruptions.


• Work closely with Operations and HR stakeholders on manpower requirements.


• Support workforce planning and rostering systems.


• Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Guide and develop the workforce planning team.
