Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and forecasting.
• Translate operational demand into staffing and resource plans.
• Analyse manpower requirements and trends.
• Improve resource allocation and workforce utilisation.
• Support rostering, scheduling and leave planning.
• Identify workforce gaps and recommend solutions.
• Develop resource plans for peak periods and disruptions.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR on manpower requirements.
• Support workforce planning and rostering systems.
• Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guide and develop the workforce planning team.
