Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP data quality and cross-check records against on-site conditions.
• Analyze sales performance, memberships, renewals, and cancellations monthly.
• Observe and evaluate personal trainer delivery for safety, technique, and client progress.
• Manage wellness and facility operations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Propose improvement actions and track their impact with clear criteria.
