Job summary

Tanqeeb invites applications for a Club Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our entertainment and sports club in Doha. You will supervise staff, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure service standards that delight members.

You will coordinate events and programs, manage schedules, inventory, and compliance with club policies, while maintaining strong member relations and driving engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in club management, hospitality operations, or similar customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence and commitment to member satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling operational challenges.
• Knowledge of sports, entertainment, or hospitality industry operations is preferred.
• Experience with event coordination and program management.
• Proficiency in administrative software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the club to meet established standards.
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with club members, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Coordinate and support planning and execution of club events, activities, and programs.
• Manage scheduling, record-keeping, inventory, and compliance with club policies.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness, coordinating with maintenance teams.
• Support marketing initiatives and membership drives to attract new members.
• Assist in budget management and cost control measures to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and policies.
