Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group in Doha, DAW, QA is seeking an Assistant Director of Wellness to assist the Director of Wellness in organizing and supervising day-to-day operations across Asaya spaces, driving quality and guest satisfaction. You will support membership acquisition and manage wellness associates to maintain top service levels.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of wellness services, therapies, fitness, nutrition, and holistic wellness.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa, wellness and recreation operations.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of wellness services, therapies, fitness and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Wellness in organizing and supervising day-to-day operations across Asaya spaces.
• Drive quality, guest satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage wellness associates and ensure high service standards.
• Support membership acquisition and relationship management.
• Develop and implement spa/Wellness policies and procedures.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Welness/Wellness Management
