Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Lead Process Improvement Engineer for Facility Management in Doha. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, quality assurance, and cost optimisation across Hard and Soft FM services, with regular field engagement at operational sites and client interfaces.

Responsibilities include leading RCA, developing improved processes, and aligning commercial assumptions with operational needs, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma and TQM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant Facility Management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; ISO 9001/FM knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and process optimisation across FM operations.
• Conduct site visits and audits to assess performance and compliance.
• Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks and cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technical, Commercial, Estimation, QHSE teams.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (Electrical/Telecommunications)
