Job summary

QAFCO (Qatar Fertiliser Company) in Mesaieed seeks an experienced Maintenance Planner/Supervisor to coordinate workshop activities, plan inputs for major Turnarounds, and ensure timely execution with subordinates.

You will manage manpower, spares, and resources, ensure compliance with HSE procedures, maintain records in the ERP system, and deliver weekly reports on maintenance progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum High National Diploma or equivalent in the relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) and associated materials.
• Certification in welding or a related field is preferred.
• Strong supervisory and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance with subordinates for Turnarounds and routine work.
• Coordinate with Planning and Turnaround sections to ensure timely resource availability.
• Maintain data for history, time entry and closing of work orders in the ERP system.
• Prepare periodic management and progress reports on maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with QAFCO Health, Safety and Environment procedures.
