Job summary

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a results-driven Maintenance Planner/Engineer to oversee technical maintenance activities across the plant. You will monitor manpower, plan repairs, manage data records, and coordinate with vendors to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.

You will drive ISO compliance, supervise annual shutdowns, optimize budgets and inventory, and lead a team to deliver maintenance on time while meeting quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental procedures.
• Experience with ISO standards and audits.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance activities to optimize manpower utilization.
• Plan annual repairs and coordinate shutdown works.
