Job summary

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a Technical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance activities across the plant. You will ensure efficient use of manpower, tools, and materials while maintaining strict safety standards and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong coordination across departments, supervision of teams and contractors, and robust data recording for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Technical Diploma from a recognized professional body.
• 5-6 years' work experience in Mechanical repair / Finishing Shop.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and efficient use of manpower and tools.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure safe, on-time maintenance.
• Monitor shutdowns, record time vs schedule, and take corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and HSE procedures.
