Job summary

QFAB – Qatar Fabrication Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team in executing maintenance work orders and ensuring SAP PM compliance. The role requires strong technical knowledge to promptly address equipment failures and ensure accurate data entry in SAP PM.

You will guide foremen and technicians, mentor staff, and coordinate with the Engineer/Planner to meet maintenance targets while maintaining safety standards across site operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
• 4+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance foremen and technicians to execute tasks.
• Oversee timely execution of maintenance work orders and job cards.
• Enforce SAP PM planning, scheduling and documentation.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures with technical guidance.
• Ensure accurate data entry and completion of SAP PM records.
• Coordinate with Production for equipment availability.
