Job summary

Pullman is seeking a friendly hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations and seating with attentiveness, and keep the reception and dining areas inviting. You will coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address guest requests promptly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest facing customer service role, ideally within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect warmly with guests.
• Professional appearance paired with a positive, vibrant attitude that enhances the dining experience.
• Strong multitasking abilities, comfortable working confidently in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and solid basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus and help elevate guest engagement.
